We are a small family business whose emphasis is on customer service. I decided when I started this site that our ethos is on customer service and honesty. A customer service that is second to none.

I have found nothing more irrating than ringing a company up to ask if they have something in stock, when they say they have, order it and then have an email the next day informing you that your order wont be despatched for 12 weeks, but of course we will not take your money until it's despatched!

That kind of customer service you will not find here... if we do not have it in stock,,, it is not on the site, we take it off the net and only put it back on when we have stock in. We will not lie to you. It's our philosophy that we'd rather not sell something at all, than sell somebody a product they don't really need.
